Odido CRM Connect: Call Notifications Extension
Odido CRM Connect is a Chrome extension that provides call notifications for various communication platforms. It displays a pop-up with data of the person calling you directly from your CRM system. To utilize this extension, a CRM Connect license from Odido Netherlands is required.
Upon logging in with your Essential (Telepo) account credentials, you can easily access the features. A new icon in your browser indicates the connection status - blue signifies being logged in and receiving notifications, while red indicates disconnection. By clicking the icon when logged in, you can view your recent calls and search for contacts effortlessly.
